Mixed-use project comprises of 140 residential apartments located on the prestigious Kingston Foreshore. Ground floor and first floor includes 4000m2 retail/commercial office space. The project consists of two six-level buildings with one level of basement parking. Element living is about social interaction on the Kington foreshore. Design features include two rooftop gardens, glass fronted lifts and car stacking facilities.
