Award – MBA Award Winning Project 2018 – Winner Apartments and units 4 Storeys & above.
Mixed-use project comprises of 205 Residential apartments located in the prestigious Campbell 5 precinct. The project consists of an eight-level building with two levels of basement parking. Ground floor includes retail space and level one is office commercial space. The building was designed to emulate a village feel as it opens onto a central birch forest courtyard, it also includes two rooftop gardens. The interiors are characterised by parquetry flooring, natural stone finishes and herringbone tiles.
