Mixed-use project comprises of 125 Residential apartments located on Flemington road Franklin. The project consists of a five-level building with one level of basement car parking and 2500m2 of retail tenancies including a Woolworths supermarket. Design features include a detailed façade made up of feature precast, aluminum paneling, feature balustrades, full height shop fronts & detailed cladding.
This project also included the full fit-out of the Woolworths supermarket.
