Mixed-use project comprises of 137 Residential apartments located in the prestigious Campbell 5 precinct. The project consists of a six-level building with two levels of basement parking. Ground floor includes retail/commercial space. As the center piece of the C5 precinct Koben was designed for living to exemplify life-enriching space. The interiors are characterised by raw material selection, timber flooring, herringbone and mosaic tiling.
