26,000m2 Commercial Office, constructed included offices and ancillary space built over four floors with two levels of basement parking located in the Tuggeranong Town Centre. Design features include a central light filled atrium, TV studio and a complex building services network. The building was built to achieve a 4-star green star rating and a 4.5-star NABERS rating.
This project also included the fully integrated fit-out for the Department of Human Services.
