Mixed-use project comprises of 147 residential apartments located on the prestigious Kington Foreshore. The project consists of a 6-level building built over two levels of basement parking with ground floor commercial space. Design features include an open level one podium garden and community area. The interiors feature an industrial feel with wooden flooring, filament lighting, subway tiles and black aluminum windows.
